Vaman
Vaman means therapeutic vomiting – medicated emesis
Vaman treatment is targeted to expel increased kapha dosha out of the body.
Ayurveda believes that different seasons have a great influence in the aggravation of doshas. Ex- Kapha in hemat (spring season), Pitta in sharada (winter season), Vata in monsoon (rainy season). So one can adopt vaman therapy in spring.

- All kaphaj disorders
- Asthama, Sinusitis, Bronchitis
- Respiratory congetion
- Diabetes
